Improve the structure of the conditioner to increase the conditioning time and the uniformity of the conditioning.


Adjust the operating parameters of the conditioner to increase the conditioning time.


Adjust the operating parameters of the extruder.


Adjust the aspect ratio of the template.


Conditioner system



Adjust the paddles of the upper single-axis conditioner to increase the filling degree




The paddles of the discharge port (3 groups of 12 pieces) are changed from the original forward push to the reverse push of 45 degrees


The number of water adding nozzles is increased to 4 , improve the uniformity of water addition

Before improvement: poor conditioning uniformity



After improvement: improved conditioning uniformity


Double-axis conditioner: through the adjustment of frequency conversion, increase the filling degree of materials and improve the conditioning time




The total conditioning time is increased by about 30s



Fill% of single conditioner is 25%


Fill% of DDC is 55%


The total conditioning time is increased from the original 120s to about 180s




The screw configuration has not changed



Mold: aspect ratio changed from 3 to 2.5

Suggestions for next improvement


This test mainly improves the conditioning time and conditioning uniformity, and the stability in water has been improved to a certain extent.


If you need to further improve the stability in water, it is recommended to replace the conditioner with a larger volume.
