Applications
M-series twin-screw extruder is mainly used for the production and processing of all kinds of floating, sinking and slow-sinking aquatic feeds, pet food, and various kinds of human food. Meanwhile, it can meet the production of various aquatic feeds such as 0.4mm tiny particles, low-starch formula, high-protein and high-fat California bass feed, large-size grouper feed, and so on.
Optional configuration of ECS (Expanded Control System) and Mechanical Energy Online Controller, combined with the Automatic Control System, reduces the difficulty of production operation and improves the stability of feed pellet quality.

The newly designed M-series twin-screw extruder benefits from a design team with over 25 years of experience, industry-leading screw configuration technology, and production application technology. This enables the provision of the best equipment configuration and optimal screw design for different production formula requirements. The production capacity for various feedstuffs is 15~20% higher than that of similar models in China, and the power consumption per ton of material is reduced by more than 15%.
Wide Processing Range and Low Production Costs:
The processing range covers all kinds of high, medium, and low-grade formulations of floating feed, sinking feed, and slow-sinking feed. It can produce 0.4mm mold hole floating particles and 0.5mm mold hole sinking small particles. The M-series twin-screw extruder successfully solves the problems of poor water stability, poor particle uniformity, and lack of aesthetics in the production of low-starch formulations. This improves the utilization rate of feed for aquatic animal digestion, enhancing their growth performance and quality.
Beautifully Shaped, Uniformly Expanded Particles:
Efficient conditioning technology allows the material to be cooked to a higher degree and more uniformly. For different formulas and applications, corresponding screw configurations are designed. Utilizing XINGMU's proprietary screw design ensures more uniform pressure during the extrusion process, less material backflow, and more uniform cooking. Different discharge heads are configured for various application scenarios. This not only enables higher production capacity but, more importantly, results in pellets with a more attractive appearance and more uniform particle size.
Quickly Disassemblable Screws:
Featuring XINGMU's patented technology, a complete set of screws that have been in use for 2 years can be disassembled in a short period of time.
Automatic Control Systems
Automatic control ensures stable and reliable operation, simplifies procedures, and reduces labor intensity. All production data are recorded to minimize the operator's influence on the quality of puffed products.
