Applications
Z series vertical vacuum coater is mainly used for oil spraying of aquatic feed. The use of vacuum sprayer to spray oil feed, firstly, can let the oil into the interior of the pellets, to avoid the waste of oil; secondly, the pellets of feed and oil using batch weighing, oil addition is more accurate; thirdly, the oil additive range is wide, 1～32% of the additive can be adapted to, and the spraying is uniform.

XINGMU Vacuum Coater: t uses double-screw rotor structure and flat-bottomed gate discharge structure to avoid the broken of pellets.

8 groups of nozzles are evenly placed around the coater body. Ensure oil atomization during the coating process. The oil is fully covered by the pelletized layer. Even only 1% oil adding, the oil can be coated uniformly.
The interior of the coater is anticorrosive and moisture-proof, with no residue and high cleanliness.
The top cover is made of ant-rust and non-stick material to avoid sticking oil and dust. The upper and lower surfaces of the rotor screw are structurally designed to ensure that no pellet and dust are bonded. The discharge gate is fully wrapped with flat bottom gate design to avoid oil and pellet leakage.
Easy to operate and maintain.
